HR & ADMIN ASSISTANT

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment (posting, screening, scheduling interviews)
- Support onboarding & maintain employee 201 files
- Prepare payroll data (attendance, deductions, overtime) & coordinate with Finance
- Assist in drafting HR docs (memos, contracts, announcements)
- Monitor attendance, leave requests & timekeeping records
- Organize office schedules, meetings & events
- Keep office administration smooth (supplies, permits, filing)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Fresh grads welcome; HR/Admin or payroll experience is a plus
- Knowledgeable in basic payroll & Philippine labor standards (can be trained)
- Organized, trustworthy & proactive
- Good communication skills & comfortable with Google Workspace
