Job Summary:
Sun Zapper Philippines is urgently hiring an Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations.
The ideal candidate will handle general administrative duties and may also assist with personal tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules, appointments, and correspondence
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files and records
- Coordinate meetings and prepare agendas
- Assist with basic bookkeeping and data entry
- Handle phone calls and emails
- Perform personal tasks as requested (within a reasonable scope)
Qualifications:
- College graduate
- Proficient in computer use and office software
- Preferably female, but open to all applicants
- Aged 23 to 35 years old
- Willing to be trained and eager to learn
- Responsible, reliable, and a team player
Schedule & Compensation:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
