Estacio Uno Boracay is hiring of Maintenance Staff
Qualifications:
- Technical or vocational training in building maintenance, plumbing or mechanical systems is a plus
- Knowledge of basic plumbing electrical, HVAC and painting repair techniques
- Ability to operate and maintain hand and power tools safety and efficiently.
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance procedure and safety protocols
- Strong problems solving skills and attention to details.
- Dependable , punctual and able to work independently as a part of a team.
- Good communication skills to coordinate with supervisors, colleagues , and tenants.
- Flexibility to respond to emergency maintenance requests outside regular working hours if needed
- Commitment to maintenance a safe, clean, and well functioning environment
- With complete pre-employment requirement. Especially Government documents like SSS, PHIC and HDMF)
