Mandarin White Sand is looking for Chef de Partie.
They are looking for service-driven individuals to be part of their Food & Beverage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items assigned to a specific kitchen station (grill, sauté, pastry, etc.)
- Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet standards
- Supervise and guide junior kitchen staff or commis chefs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workstation
- Monitor food stock and inform the Head Chef when supplies are low
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations
- Assist the Sous Chef or Head Chef during busy service periods
