Mandarin White Sand is looking for Chef de Partie.

They are looking for service-driven individuals to be part of their Food & Beverage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu items assigned to a specific kitchen station (grill, sauté, pastry, etc.)
  • Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet standards
  • Supervise and guide junior kitchen staff or commis chefs
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workstation
  • Monitor food stock and inform the Head Chef when supplies are low
  • Follow food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Assist the Sous Chef or Head Chef during busy service periods
