Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain lobbies, hallways, restrooms, elevators, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust surfaces regularly
• Replenish supplies (tissue, soap, paper towels, etc.)
• Dispose of trash and keep waste areas clean
• Report maintenance issues (e.g., broken lights, spills, leaks)
• Respond to immediate cleaning needs (spills, accidents)
• Follow safety and sanitation standards
