Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee restaurant, bar, or dining service operations
• Supervise and support waitstaff, bartenders, and service crew
• Ensure food and drinks are served according to standards
• Handle guest complaints and ensure excellent service
• Monitor cleanliness and hygiene in dining areas
• Assist in staff training and scheduling
• Check inventory, supplies, and coordinate with kitchen staff
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations
