Linden Suites is looking for Duty Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine inspection and maintenance of building systems and equipment
- Respond to repair requests and technical issues promptly
- Assist in troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and plumbing problems
- Carry out preventive maintenance tasks as scheduled
- Ensure all equipment is operating safely and efficiently
- Report major issues to the Senior Duty Engineer or Engineering Manager
- Maintain logs of maintenance work and equipment status
- Follow safety procedures and company engineering standards
Qualifications:
- Technical or vocational course in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field
- Experience in building maintenance or hotel engineering is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and perform hands-on repairs
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Willing to work on shifting schedules
