Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field is an advantage
- At least 2–5 years experience in housekeeping operations, preferably in hotels or resorts
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience is preferred
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning standards, and sanitation practices
- Ability to manage housekeeping staff and daily operations efficiently
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and time-management skills
- Keen attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to train, motivate, and supervise housekeeping team members
- Knowledge of inventory control and housekeeping supplies management
- Can handle guest concerns and requests professionally
- Proficient in preparing reports and schedules
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Physically fit and capable of handling operational demands
- Positive attitude, trustworthy, and service-oriented
