Qualifications:
- Has relevant experience in Guest Service operations, preferably in a luxury resort or hotel set-up
- Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Provides exceptional and personalized guest service
- Customer service-oriented with professional demeanor and positive attitude
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Can handle guest requests and concerns efficiently and professionally
- Well-groomed and with pleasing personality
- Flexible, hardworking, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
- Can work with minimal supervision
- Must be amenable to work at Lihim Resorts, Brgy. Caalan, El Nido, Palawan
