Qualifications:
- Has relevant experience as a Cluster Food & Beverage Manager in a luxury resort or hotel set-up
- Possesses excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Strong background in guest relations and customer service excellence
- Ability to handle guest concerns and complaints professionally and efficiently
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Can lead, train, and motivate a guest service team
- Proficient in hotel operations and guest service standards
- Flexible, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
- Can work with minimal supervision
- Must be amenable to work at Lihim Resorts, Brgy. Caalan, El Nido, Palawan
