Mandarin Bay Resort & Spa is looking for a Painter
Qualifications:
- High school graduate or vocational course graduate is preferred.
- With at least 1–2 years of experience as a Painter in hotels, resorts, buildings, or related establishments.
- Skilled in surface preparation, painting, varnishing, and finishing works.
- Knowledgeable in the proper use of painting tools, equipment, and materials.
- Ability to mix and match paint colors according to specifications.
- Familiar with safety procedures and proper handling of paints and chemicals.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor and work at heights when necessary.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality workmanship.
- Able to work independently and with minimal supervision.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
- Experience in hospitality, commercial, or residential maintenance is an advantage.
