Qualifications:
- Preferably with culinary education
- Prior experience in restaurant or culinary management is an advantage
- Extensive knowledge of food handling and sanitation standards
- Knowledge of menu composition
- Understanding of kitchen equipment and restaurant operational procedures
- Good Communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
