Red Coconut Beach Hotel is currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Resort Manager to join their team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in hotel/resort operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership and decision-makings skills\Knowledge of PMS, POS and hotels systems.
• Financial and operational management expertise
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Wiling to be based in Siargao.
