Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards and company policies.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
Prepare ad hoc financial reports and presentations for management review.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA certification or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
