Job Title : Reservation Associate
Job Summary:
Prepare, mixes , shapes, and bakes , doughs and batters for bread, pastries and desserts. Measures ingredients, precisely, monitor baking times and temperatures decorate finished products and strictly adhere to health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- At least a high school graduate or any vocational course.
- Formal culinary degree or hospitality diploma is an advantage.
- Experience in pastry and Bakery kitchen is preferred.
- Baking and pastry skills possesses the ability to perform all functions in the pastry and bakery operation.
- Knowledge pf food handling and sanitation standards, governmental regulations and safety standards (FSMS, HACCP)
