Qualifications:
- Technical/Vocational course or certificate in:
- Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (RAC)
- HVAC
- Mechanical Technology
- Electrical Technology
- Related technical field
- Experience in HVAC, refrigeration, or building maintenance is preferred.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with:
- Split-type and central air-conditioning systems
- Chillers and cooling systems
- Refrigerators and freezers
- Compressors
- Condensers and evaporators
- Refrigerant charging and recovery
- Electrical controls and troubleshooting
- Ability to perform preventive maintenance and repairs.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and proper refrigerant handling.
- Ability to diagnose equipment problems and respond to maintenance emergencies.
- Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
- A TESDA NC II/NC III in RAC/HVAC or relevant certification can be an advantage.
