Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor food and beverage costs and analyze variances
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cost reports
  • Track inventory levels and conduct stock audits
  • Review purchase orders, invoices, and supplier prices
  • Ensure proper portion control and waste management
  • Work with the kitchen and management to maintain cost efficiency
  • Implement cost control systems and procedures
