Mandarin White Sand is looking for Cost Controller.
They are looking for service-driven individuals to be part of their Finance Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor food and beverage costs and analyze variances
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cost reports
- Track inventory levels and conduct stock audits
- Review purchase orders, invoices, and supplier prices
- Ensure proper portion control and waste management
- Work with the kitchen and management to maintain cost efficiency
- Implement cost control systems and procedures
