Mandarin White Sand is looking for HR Manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in human resources or people management
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, payroll, benefits, and labor laws
• Experience in creating and implementing HR policies and procedures
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
• Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and HR systems
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities
• HR certification is an advantage but not always required
