Mandarin White Sand Boracay is looking for a passionate, service-driven, and dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to join their growing team.
Position: Housekeeping Supervisor
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Hospitality Management, Tourism, or any related course is an advantage
- At least 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory role within Housekeeping, preferably in a hotel or resort setting
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of housekeeping standards, cleaning procedures, and inventory management
- Ability to train, motivate, and supervise housekeeping staff
- Keen attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Excellent communication skills
- Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude and strong customer service orientation
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations
- Ensure guest rooms and public areas meet established cleanliness and quality standards
- Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and training when needed
- Manage housekeeping supplies, linens, and inventories
- Conduct inspections and address maintenance or cleanliness concerns promptly
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies and procedures
