The Ambassador in Paradise in Boracay is looking of Chief Engineer

Qualifications:

• Must be a Licensed Electrical (PRC Licensed).
• With at least 3 years of experience in Facility management. hotel or resort engineeering including hands-on construction and project implementatiuon experience.Engineering,
• DENR- accredited Pollution Control Officer and with environmental compliances training
• Responsible for overseeing the entire maintenance operations of the resort including construction projects renovations capital expenditures and all technical works.
• Capable of designing and implementing preventive maintenance program to ensure safe , effecient and continuous operations of all mechanics, electrical , plumbing and structural systems.
• Demonstrates strong leadership and organizational skills to lead and supervise a technical team effectively.
• Excellent in communication and coordination with internal departments, regulatory agencies and external; contractors.
• Maintains a high standard of environment compliance and operational safety in all engineering actiovities.
• Knowledge in business permit processing and related documentations works.
