QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Cook, preferably in a club bar, lounge, or high-volume restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, plating, and portion control.
- Experienced in preparing bar food, appetizers, a la carte dishes, and late-night menu items.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume club environment, especially during peak hours and events.
- Knowledgeable in food safety, sanitation, proper food storage, and kitchen cleanliness, with strong teamwork and discipline.
