Qualifications – Duty Engineer
- Graduate of Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering course
- Previous experience in hotel or building maintenance operations is an advantage
- Knowledgeable in preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of building systems
- Familiar with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and auxiliary systems
- Able to respond to maintenance concerns efficiently
- Strong problem-solving and technical skills
- Willing to work shifting schedules and on-call duties
- Licensed Engineer is an advantage
