Job Overview
Boracay Coco English Academy are looking for a versatile and hands-on team member who can handle both content creation and basic IT support. This role involves producing marketing content as well as assisting with simple technical issues within the academy.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation
- Capture photos and videos of classes, students, and campus life
- Create short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
- Edit videos and photos for marketing use
- Design simple promotional materials (social media posts, brochures)
- IT & Technical Support
- Troubleshoot basic computer and printer issues
- Assist with network-related problems (Wi-Fi, connectivity, etc.)
- Support basic setup of devices and office equipment
- Coordinate with external technicians when needed
Qualifications
- Experience in content creation (video/photo/social media)
- Basic knowledge of IT support (hardware, software, network basics)
- Familiarity with video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.)
- Basic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, etc.)
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle multiple tasks
- Good communication skills in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in both creative and technical roles
- Knowledge of networking basics (routers, Wi-Fi troubleshooting)
- Experience in education, hospitality, or service environments
