  • Having at least 2 – 3 years of experience in same level from 3-4 star hotel  or resort
  • Previous experience in hotel front office or customer service.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of hotel reservation systems and MS Office.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle guest concerns.
  • Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
