Linden Suites is looking for Senior Duty Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all engineering activities during duty shifts
- Ensure proper operation of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and other building systems
- Lead troubleshooting and repair of equipment breakdowns
- Monitor preventive maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion
- Assign tasks and guide Duty Engineers and technical staff
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and engineering procedures
- Respond to emergency maintenance issues promptly
- Prepare shift reports and document incidents or repairs
- Coordinate with other departments for operational needs and guest concerns
Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering or related field
- Strong experience in building maintenance or hotel engineering operations
- Leadership and supervisory skills
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Willing to work in shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
