Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts, hospitality Management or a related field.
• At least 5 – 7 years of culinary experience , preferably in a hotel or resort.
• Proven experience as a Head Chef, Executive Sous Chef, or similar senior culinary role.
• Strong knowledge of menu planning, food quality, kitchen operations, food safety, sanitation, and cost control.
• Excellent leadership, creativity, organization, and team management skills, willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
