Qualifications:
- Graduate of any Hospitality, Tourism or related course is an advantage.
- At leas 2 – 3 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or in a similar leadership
- Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning procedures and sanitation standards.
- Ability to supervise, train and motivate housekeeping staff.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness and quality standards
- Physically fit and able to work on shifting schedules weekend, and holidays
- Honest , dependable and customer service – oriented
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily operations of the Housekeeping Department
- Ensure guest rooms, public areas and back of house areas are maintained according to hotel standards
- Conduct room inspections and quality check before rooms are released for occupancy
- Prepare daily work assignments and monitor staff productivity.
- Coordinate with the Front Office and engineering department to ensure rooms are guest ready.
- Monitor Housekeeping supplies and report inventory requirements
- Train , coach and evaluate housekeeping personal
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies , safety regulations and cleanliness standards/.
