 Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment (posting, screening, scheduling interviews)
  •  Support onboarding & maintain employee 201 files
  •  Prepare payroll data (attendance, deductions, overtime) & coordinate with Finance
  •  Assist in drafting HR docs (memos, contracts, announcements)
  •  Monitor attendance, leave requests & timekeeping records
  •  Organize office schedules, meetings & events
  •  Keep office administration smooth (supplies, permits, filing)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  •  Fresh grads welcome; HR/Admin or payroll experience is a plus
  •  Knowledgeable in basic payroll & Philippine labor standards (can be trained)
  •  Organized, trustworthy & proactive
  •  Good communication skills & comfortable with Google Workspace
