Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of HR experience
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Detail-oriented and capable of working in a fast-paced retail environment.
