Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor Daily Sales
- Check daily sales reports from cashiers or outlets
- Ensure all transactions are recorded correctly
- Compare POS sales, cash, credit card, and online payments
- Investigate any differences or discrepancies
- Prepare Financial Reports
- Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly revenue reports
- Submit reports to the accounting or finance manager
- Supervise Cash Handling
- Oversee cashiers and cash collection procedures
- Ensure proper cash control and security
- Audit Transactions
- Review receipts, invoices, and POS records
- Make sure all sales are properly documented
- Coordinate with Other Departments
- Work with accounting, front office, or restaurant staff
- Ensure correct billing and revenue recording
- Train Staff
- Guide cashiers or staff on proper billing and reporting procedures
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related course
- At least 1–3 years experience in accounting, cashiering, or revenue monitoring
- Knowledge of POS systems and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Honest, organized, and trustworthy
- Good communication and leadership skills
