- With 3–5 years of experience in Learning and Development, preferably in a hotel setting
- Strong background in training facilitation, employee development, and performance management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to design and implement training programs aligned with organizational goals
- Proficient in MS Office and training tools
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs for employees
- Conduct onboarding, soft skills, and operational training sessions
- Identify training needs and create development plans
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness
- Support employee engagement and organizational development initiatives
