Coco Loco is looking for BARTENDER
ROLE:
As a Bartender, you will be the frontline of their beverage service. Responsible for drink, speed, and guest hospitality. You will uphold house standard and strict service ,guidelines to ensure every guest experience is vibrant , consistent, and memorable.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare classic cocktails, signature house drinks, and non-alcoholic beverages with strict adherence to standardized recipes and accurate pours.
- Welcome guests warmly, take orders efficiently, provide recommendations and process transactions accurately.
- Conduct daily stock counts, monitor beverage pars, log waste and handle heavy bar logistics (hauling ice, moving crates, and swapping inventory).
- Maintain an immaculate, organized bar station before, during and after skills, ensuring 100% compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
- Uphold responsible service of alcohol (RSA) policies and house rules without compromise.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 – 2 years behind a high – volume bar, restaurants or resort
- Strong working knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, wine, and standards of bar/equipment
- Ability to handle physical bar logistics, lift and move stock up to 20-25kgs and stay active on your feet through fast-paced, high pressure shifts.
- A professional who upholds strict workplace policies punctuality , neat presentations, team report and integrity under pressure.
