Happiness Boracay is hiring of PR & Events Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, post and manage social media content showcasing hostel life, activities and events.
- Promote hostel events and daily activities across media platforms and on-site channels
- Capture photo and video content during events, activities, and day-to-day moments.
- Host and support events such as karaoke nights, game nights, and social activities, ensuring guests have the best possible experience.
- Assist with the setup, coordination and breakdown of events and activities
- Work closely with the Guest Experience Manager to plan, develop , and schedules engaging social media content
- Engage with guest during events to create a fun atmosphere and encourage participation.
- Support the creation of promotional materials, for events and in-house activities
- Assisting guest with bookings and inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing , Communications or related fields.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Experience with graphic design, video editing or multimedia tools is a plus
- Creative thinking and aiblity to produce engaging content
- Excellent writing, editing and communication skills
