Happiness Boracay is hiring of Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for driving revenue growth across all three business units of Happiness Philippines – The Resort, Restaurants and Hostel
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales, strategies monthly, quarterly, and annual revenues target
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients travel partner and corporate accounts.
- Mange the full sales cycle from lead generation and proposal preparation to negotiation and contract closure.
- Collaborate closely with the operation teams of the resort, restaurant and hostel to ensure alignment between sales commitments and service delivery
- Prepare sales forecast and present insights and recommendations to the management team.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities clients interactions and contracts in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in in Business Administration, Hospitality Management , marketing or a related field
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven sales experience in the hospitality industry (resort, restaurant and hostel) environment strongly preferred.
- Self motivated with the ability to work independently in a hybrid setup
- Ability to manage properties and priorities simultaneously
- Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills
