Happiness Boracay is hiring of Waiter
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving foods and beverages, and ensuring guests have pleasant experience.
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
- Present menus, explains specials and answer questions about foos and beverages
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally
- Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction and address concerns
- Process payments (cash, credit cards and other method)
- Hand guest complaints courteously and escalate when necessary
- Follow food safety hygiene and sanitation standards
- Upsell menu items and promotions when appropriate
Qualifications:
- At least 6 months to 1 year in food service, or hospitality roles(fresh graduates are welcome)
- String communication skills, attention to detail, good teamwork and time-management skills
- Customer service oriented with a friendly and approached demeanor
- Flexible and willing to work in shifting schedules weekends and holidays
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearances, good grooming and a positive team-player attitude.
