Qualifications:

• Educational Background : Degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Psychology, Education or related field.
• Experience :Minimum of 3 -5 years in training, HR, or L & D roles, prior experience in luxury hotels or service industries preferred.
• Training Expertise: Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training delivery methods.
• Leadership skills: Ability to coach, mentor, and support employees across all departments.
• Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication , ability to deliver engaging presentations and training sessions.
