Mandarin Bay Resort & Spa is looking for a Food & Beverage Bartender
Qualifications:
- High school graduate, vocational graduate, or college level; Hospitality-related education is an advantage.
- With at least 1–2 years of experience as a Bartender in a hotel, resort, restaurant, or bar.
- Knowledgeable in preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Familiar with cocktail recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage presentation.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to interact professionally and courteously with guests.
- Knowledgeable in food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service.
- Able to handle cash transactions and operate POS systems.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
- Experience in hotel or resort operations is an advantage.
