In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing guest reservations, ensuring a seamless booking experience, and contributing to the overall success of our bustling hotel.
What you’ll be doing:
- Handling incoming reservation inquiries and bookings through various channels (phone, email, online)
- Optimizing room availability and rates to maximize occupancy and revenue
- Providing exceptional customer service to guests, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining accurate reservation records and guest information in our property management system
- Coordinating with other hotel departments to ensure a smooth arrival and stay for our guests
- Actively promoting hotel packages and special offers to prospective guests
- Assisting with other administrative duties as needed
