Qualifications:
- High school diploma or college level preferred
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, or hotel operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and transportation
- Strong problem-solving skills and professional appearance
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
