They’re looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent organizational and communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise, train, and motivate the housekeeping team.

Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.

Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment, and coordinate replenishment.

Handle guest requests and resolve housekeeping-related concerns promptly and professionally.

Prepare staff schedules and manage departmental productivity.

Coordinate with the Front Office, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Maintain accurate records, reports, and housekeeping documentation.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Hospitality Management or a related field is an advantage.

At least 2–3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in housekeeping, preferably in a hotel, resort, or hospitality setting.

Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning standards, and safety regulations.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel property management systems is an advantage.

Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
