They’re looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to fill the position of HR Officer.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human Resource Management, Pchycology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, Employee Relations, or Administrative functions.
- Knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Proffesionally
- Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Attention to detail ad accuracy in documentation and record keeping.
