Qualifications:
- Vocational course or training in Culinary Arts, Baking, or Pastry is an advantage
- At least 1 year experience in pastry, baking, or kitchen operations preferred
- Basic knowledge of baking techniques, pastry preparation, and dessert presentation
- Ability to prepare breads, cakes, pastries, and other baked products
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and baking tools
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions from senior chefs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Good time-management and multitasking skills
- Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Flexible and willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
