Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or any related business course.
- At-least 2-3 years of experience in Finance Accounting, Cost Control or Audit
- Strong knowledge of Pint-of-Sales (POS) systems, including sales reconciliation, pending transaction monitoring, voids, cancellations, discounts, refunds, and end-of day cash closing procedures.
- Demonstrations strong analytical, organizational , and problem solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Able to establish and enforce financial controls, identify discrepancies, and recommend process improvements to safeguard company assets.
- Possesses excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to supervise, coach and develop finance and cashier personnel.
- Capable of working under pressure, meeting strict deadlines, and maintaining confidentiality of financial information.
- With good integrity , accountability and reporting skills.
