Job Qualification:
- At least Senior High School graduate; college level or vocational training in Hospitality,
- Tourism, or related fields is an advantage.
- Previous experience as a server, waiter/waitress, or food and beverage staff is preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly, professional, and well-groomed appearance.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with diverse customers.
- Basic knowledge of food, beverages, cocktails, and bar operations is an advantage.
- Ability to handle customer concerns and complaints professionally.
- Physically fit and able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Willing to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Trustworthy, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Must comply with company policies, hygiene standards, and responsible alcohol service practices.
