Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, dishes, and work areas.
- Wash, sort, and store kitchenware properly.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
- Dispose of garbage and maintain waste management procedures.
- Support kitchen staff with basic tasks as needed.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies.
- Assist in receiving and storing deliveries when required.
Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a kitchen or stewarding role is an advantage.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning and sanitation practices.
- Hardworking, reliable, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physically fit and able to lift and carry kitchen supplies.
- Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
