Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential, commercial, or industrial painting.
• Knowledge of surface preparation, sanding, scraping, patching, and priming.
• Skilled in applying paint, varnish, stains, and protective coatings using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
• Familiar with color matching and paint mixing techniques.
• Ability to read and follow work orders, blueprints, and specifications.
• Knowledge of proper handling and storage of painting materials and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on high-quality finishes.
• Understanding of workplace safety procedures and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Physically fit and able to work at heights, on ladders, and in various weather conditions.
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
