Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
- Able to install, troubleshoot, and maintain computer systems.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, Windows operating systems, and internet applications.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Can work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to learn new technologies and adapt to changes.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible.
