Qualifications
- Graduate of Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or any related course (preferred).
- With at least 1 year of experience as an F&B Cashier, Cashier, or in a customer service role; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in hotel, restaurant, café, or resort operations is an advantage.
- Knowledge of POS (Point-of-Sale) systems and cash handling procedures.
- Honest, trustworthy, and detail-oriented with strong numerical skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Able to handle cash, credit card, and digital payment transactions accurately.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
- Professional appearance with a positive attitude.
- Can work well under pressure and as part of a team.
