Linden Suites is looking for Front Office Associate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests, clients, or visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Handle check-in/check-out or visitor registration processes (depending on industry)
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and accurately
  • Manage reservations, appointments, or schedules as needed
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure guest/client needs are met
  • Maintain front desk cleanliness and organization
  • Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing, encoding, and data entry
  • Resolve minor concerns or escalate issues to the appropriate department

Qualifications:

  • At least Senior High School or College level (Hospitality, Tourism, or related field is an advantage)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service-oriented and professional in appearance and behavior
  • Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, email handling)
  • Willing to work in shifting schedules if required
  • Previous experience in front office, receptionist, or customer service is an advantage
