Linden Suites is looking for Front Office Associate
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests, clients, or visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Handle check-in/check-out or visitor registration processes (depending on industry)
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and accurately
- Manage reservations, appointments, or schedules as needed
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure guest/client needs are met
- Maintain front desk cleanliness and organization
- Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing, encoding, and data entry
- Resolve minor concerns or escalate issues to the appropriate department
Qualifications:
- At least Senior High School or College level (Hospitality, Tourism, or related field is an advantage)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service-oriented and professional in appearance and behavior
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, email handling)
- Willing to work in shifting schedules if required
- Previous experience in front office, receptionist, or customer service is an advantage
