Mandarin Bay Resort & Spa is looking for a Aircon Technician
Qualifications:
- Graduate of HVAC, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technology, TESDA-related course, or any technical/vocational program.
- With at least 1–2 years of experience as an Aircon Technician or in a related maintenance role.
- Knowledgeable in the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
- Familiar with preventive maintenance procedures and HVAC equipment.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems is an advantage.
- Physically fit and able to perform field and maintenance work.
- Can work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, holidays, and respond to emergency repairs when needed.
- TESDA NC II in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Servicing (RAC) is an advantage.
- Experience in hotels, resorts, or commercial establishments is preferred.
